St Paddy is a celebration of St Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland.

The pattern is primarily foundation paper pieced with the exception of the borders. Directions for rotary cutting borders are provided.

As a bonus, rotary cutting directions are given for all rounds of the quilt for traditional patchwork, except for the center medallion shamrocks, which must be paper pieced.

Saint Paddy would also make a great wall hanging by using the medallion .
