How it works

1. Open the .xlsx in Excel or save it as a Google Sheet.

2. Write 8-12 stories in STAR format and rate each one.

3. On Question Practice, pick a story for each question and practice it.

4. Before each interview, fill in a Company Research row and check the Prep Dashboard.

Works in Excel and Google Sheets (upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, then File > Save as Google Sheets). No macros, scripts or add-ons. A file you keep: no subscription or app account.
