This 8 week guide includes a 5 day workout split, consisting of 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, and an optional full body/HIIT day, allowing for 2-3 rest days. There is an at home version as well as a version you can do in the gym. Both versions follow one another so they can be interchanged daily depending on your schedule and workout location!
