In Defense of Monsignor Umberto Benigni

Monsignor Umberto Benigni was a heroic Catholic clergyman that in order to protect the Church from the infiltration of the Modernists and fake Catholics that ultimately resulted in the heresy of Vatican II and the almost total destruction of the Catholic Church, which now exists only thanks to Sedevacantist Bishops and Priests and the lay people who follow them and study the actual history of Catholicism, sacrificed positions that would have made him Cardinal and heaped upon him the usual scorn and invectives of both the enemies of the Church, as well as some decent Catholic clergy who were unaware of Benigni's secretive role in the Church under the agreement and protection of Pope Pius X and other high-placed members of the curia who understood the grave danger the Church was in.

This extensive document provided free of charge by the inimitable Don Ricossa, of the Institute Mater Boni Consili, covers comprehensively the work that Benigni did and clears his name from both the calumnies as well as the well-intentioned misunderstandings some had towards him, by referencing documents that have only more recently come to light that prove Benigni's purpose intent and unwavering faith.

Benigni has been criticised for running Sodalitium Pianum (still the tag line of the IMBC) which was essentially a secret service within the Church to identify the infiltrators.

Despite his tremendous work and successful creation of a network of informants loyal to the Church, the methods used by Paul IV a few centuries earlier to cleanse the Church of infiltrating enemies were no longer easily enforced or put in place by an already half-rotten structure and society's general degeneration into accepting the modernist heresies in more general terms. Ultimately Benigni's efforts were probably a little too little too late, considering that the Church already had so many enemies within the walls, so to speak, and the measures taken against them were largely reduced to manoeuvrings rather than clear and direct expulsion with prejudice, as should have been done.

This work is an absolute must for anyone interested in the details of both Benigni's work, as well as Sodalitium Pianum and understanding why there should never be half-measures taken when dealing with enemy infiltrators, heretics and Satanists of every kind. After all, the truth is not open to relativism any more than basic mathematics is.
