In a coaching session with me, you can expect a client-led approach, meaning you set the agenda based on your goals and challenges. We’ll work together to identify key areas of growth, and I’ll support you by asking thought-provoking questions and offering guidance where needed. The goal is to empower you to find solutions that feel authentic and aligned with who you are.
Coaching is future-focused and aimed at helping you achieve specific goals through personal development. It’s about taking action and moving forward. Therapy, on the other hand, often focuses on healing past traumas, addressing mental health issues, and exploring emotional healing. While therapy may address deeper emotional or psychological issues, coaching is about creating practical, actionable steps to move toward your goals.

For single coaching calls, we’ll meet once for a 50-minute session. If you choose a 4-week package, we’ll typically meet once a week for four weeks. I also offer bundle options where we can customize the frequency of our meetings based on your schedule and needs.
