NOTE: This pattern is designed to be worked FLAT and seamed. The instructions are in rows, with a RS and WS. Several people have had difficulty with the ribbed neckband. If you follow the instructions as written (flat, in rows) there will be a centred double decrease at V point, as shown in the pattern photos.
