Single Design DTF Print License

This license allows you to print a single design set up to 1,000 copies using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing method via our approved supplier, TD Gifts & Stationery (www.tdgifts.co.uk).

Once purchased, we will add your details to the license sheet shared between TD Gifts & Stationery and DAB Digital Designs. Please allow up to 48 hours for your information to be transferred over.

This license is for use only with TD Gifts & Stationery for DTF printing. Full terms and conditions can be found below.

Terms & Conditions:

This Single Design License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of digital design files created by DAB Digital Designs Ltd. ("Licensor").

1. Grant of Licence 1.1 Licensor grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the single digital design file specified at the time of purchase (the "Licensed Design") solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use 2.1 The Licensed Design may be printed or reproduced up to 1,000 times by Licensee or through Licensor's approved supplier, TD Gifts & Stationery (www.tdgifts.co.uk). 2.2 The Licensed Design must be printed or reproduced on physical products for sale or distribution as a completed unit. 2.3 Licensee may modify the Licensed Design by adding text, but the design itself must not be altered or changed.
3. Restrictions 3.1 The Licensed Design files shall not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise distributed to any third party. 3.2 Licensee shall not digitally share the Licensed Design files with any company other than Licensor's approved supplier. 3.3 Licensee shall not exceed the limit of 1,000 printed reproductions of the Licensed Design.
4. Payment and Term 4.1 Licensee shall pay a one-time licence fee of £4.99 for the use of the Licensed Design. 4.2 This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
5. Termination 5.1 Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the licence if Licensee violates any terms or conditions herein. 5.2 Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Design and destroy any remaining printed reproductions.
6. Verification 6.1 By purchasing this licence, Licensee agrees to allow Licensor to share Licensee's details with the approved supplier for verification purposes.
7. Miscellaneous 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law/Jurisdiction]. 7.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Licensed Design.

By purchasing this licence, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
