Multi Design DTF 12 Month Licence

This annual license allows you to print up to 1,000 copies of each design set you've purchased from DAB Digital Designs using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing method via our approved supplier, TD Gifts & Stationery (www.tdgifts.co.uk).

Once purchased, we will add your details to the license sheet shared between TD Gifts & Stationery and DAB Digital Designs. Please allow up to 48 hours for your information to be transferred over.

This license is valid for one year and is for use only with TD Gifts & Stationery for DTF printing. Full terms and conditions can be found below.

This Annual Multi-Design Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of digital design files created by DAB Digital Designs Ltd. ("Licensor").

1. Grant of Licence 1.1 Licensor grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital design files purchased from Licensor (the "Licensed Designs") solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
3. 2.1 The Licensed Designs may each be printed or reproduced up to 1,000 times by Licensee or through Licensor's approved supplier, TD Gifts & Stationery (www.tdgifts.co.uk). 2.2 The Licensed Designs must be printed or reproduced on physical products for sale or distribution as completed units. 2.3 Licensee may modify the Licensed Designs by adding text, but the designs themselves must not be altered or changed.
4. Ownership 3.1 Licensee shall retain ownership of the Licensed Design files.
5. Restrictions 4.1 The Licensed Design files shall not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise distributed to any third party. 4.2 Licensee shall not digitally share the Licensed Design files with any company other than Licensor's approved supplier.
6. Payment and Term 5.1 Licensee shall pay an annual licence fee for the use of the Licensed Designs. 5.2 This Agreement shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
7. Renewal 6.1 This Agreement may be renewed annually by Licensee paying the then-current annual licence fee.
8. Termination 7.1 Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the licence if Licensee violates any terms or conditions herein. 7.2 Upon termination, Licensee must cease all further printing/reproduction of the Licensed 
9. Verification 8.1 By purchasing this licence, Licensee agrees to allow Licensor to share Licensee's details with the approved supplier for verification purposes.

By purchasing this licence, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
