Yes! It's actually possible to workout just once a week and be physically fit!

Hi, I'm Steven Richard, and in an unexpected way my fitness journey began at just 10 years old when I was struck by a genetic-related autoimmune disorder, causing intense joint pain and swelling all over my body.

Through years of struggle I discovered the power of moderate exercise in managing my condition and staying physically fit. Heeding doctors' warnings about excessive exercise, I found that staying active was key to eliminating my pain and staying healthy, but I kept my exercise to a minimum. Balancing caution with determination, I developed a once-a-week workout routine that has kept me fit and pain-free ever since.

Now in my late 50s, I've perfected my once a week exercise workout regimen. My approach is focused upon the body's natural built-in abilities and biology, without the need for fad diets and supplements. As a career business management consultant accustomed to long hours sitting at a desk, my method shows it works with anyone in any lifestyle. I have even been able to achieve remarkable feats like marathons, triathlons, and endurance bike rides and hikes with minimal training beyond my once a week exercise routine.

After many years of being asked by family, friends, and strangers about what exactly I do, I finally decided to put it down in writing in this ebook.

In this ebook I share my proven formula for achieving fitness goals with minimal workout time. I share the practical steps, techniques, and a deeper understanding of how and why my method works. Beyond physical health, I also believe in empowering individuals to improve self-esteem and confidence through staying fit. I encourage readers to embrace their journey, celebrating progress and supporting others along the way. Ultimately, my message is one of hope, self belief and acceptance, continuous improvement, and faith in and gratitude to God for how He designed our bodies.
