Hi, I'm Steven Richard, and in an unexpected way my fitness journey began at just 10 years old when I was struck by a genetic-related autoimmune disorder, causing intense joint pain and swelling all over my body.
I've perfected my once a week exercise workout regimen. My approach is focused upon the body's natural built-in abilities and biology, without the need for fad diets and supplements. As a career business management consultant accustomed to long hours sitting at a desk, my method shows it works with anyone in any lifestyle. I have even been able to achieve remarkable feats like marathons, triathlons, and endurance bike rides and hikes with minimal training beyond my once a week exercise routine.
I want to encourage you in your own fitness journey and let you know that you don't have to go to the gym 3, 4, 5 or more times a week to stay fit! You'll be amazed what you can achieve even if you can only workout once a week like I do!
