Introspection was developed with slow, meditative knitting in mind.

Each Hat in the collection has been written to cover 6 yarn weights across 12 sizes. They each feature 4 brim options and between 4 and 10 crown options, depending on the style.

Variegated and hand-spun yarns will love these designs as much as semi-solids and solids or mill-spun. Each is an introduction to the style, it’s maths and structure, and with the accompanying chapter on using different stitch patterns, this book will suit Hat knitters and designers alike.

The eBook contains detailed photographic tutorials, and the single patterns contain links to additional tutorials that can be downloaded as PDFs.

Patterns for every knitter, every day!

I have quite a lot of books, some e-books and some printed. I know for a fact that this is a book I will come back to again and again. The photos and the patterns draw me in, make me read the patterns, plan a new project, look thru my yarn to find something fitting. This book has change my way of knitting! Earlier I knitted towards a goal; birthday gift for X, christmas gift for Y, Eid gift for Z...but now I find myself knit for the calm of knitting. A nice and sweet moment for just me, my cup of tea and my project.
The photos are wonderful! They look "IRL", like any person, anywhere, anytime! It makes me think I can knit this and I will look good in it, and it will look good on my friends and relatives too!
Woolly writes in a way so I understand what she says, even though english is a foreign, to me, language and I am "on the spectrum" so I usually have trouble understanding new, to me, texts. But Woolly writes so I think "Yeah, I understand what she means and I can do this!" She even makes me brave enough to try things I have never done before!

In short: Great book, great patterns!

I have not yet made any of these patterns but I have been buying WW Hat patterns for years and I can always rely on her for incredible design, innovative structures, clear instructions and excellent tutorials.
I think this collection should be in the pattern library of every knitter!

Gentle and easy knits

There's something very soothing about knitting, especially in troubled times. Woolly Wormhead's easy designs are spot on - immaculately written and presented, each hat offers the chance to curl up with yarn and needles and create a small oasis of calm. It almost goes without saying that the finished hats are stunning; warm and comfortable and stylish. Hand on heart, I've never made a WW hat that left me disappointed. I love them all!
