Small-shop Dispatch Planner — Offline Toolkit
Plan a small packing run from quantities you have checked.
Enter counted ready stock and quantities needed for verified orders, using one row per distinct item or variant. The desktop calculator shows planned units, shortages and calculated remaining units for up to 20 rows. Then use the printable workbook to record what was actually handed over and investigate exceptions using your own evidence.
Who it may suit: you run small packing sessions, already check orders and stock yourself, and want a prepared calculator plus paper closeout pages. You can use a desktop browser with JavaScript and print or save your plan as a PDF before closing the page. Keep your normal source records separately.
What you receive — version 1.0.0 ZIP:
• START-HERE.html: illustrated-by-example quick start and links
• dispatch-planner.html: offline quantity calculator
• dispatch-workbook.html: printable closeout worksheet
• dispatch-workbook.md: detailed workbook notes
• README.txt: extraction and troubleshooting instructions
• LICENCE.txt: single-business internal-use licence
How to use it: download the ZIP, use Windows Extract All, keep all six files together, and open START-HERE.html in a desktop browser. JavaScript is required for the calculator. No installation, subscription, shop login or background connection is needed. The support link opens Payhip only when you choose it.
Important: entries are NOT saved. Print or save a PDF before closing or refreshing. Keep customer, account and payment details out of the tool. The workbook is printed and completed on paper; it is not an editable spreadsheet. This does not sync inventory, fulfil orders, create shipping labels, charge customers or calculate tax, prices or profit. Planned dispatch is not evidence of an actual handover. No phone compatibility or sales results are promised.
Questions before buying
I already have packing software. Is this another step I need?
Only consider it if a separate manual quantity check and paper closeout solve a specific gap in your process. Your existing system may already do what you need. This toolkit does not connect to that system.
Could I do this on paper or in my own spreadsheet?
Yes. The offered value is the prepared calculator, input checks and linked instructions/worksheets. Whether that saves you effort is for you to judge; no time saving or better business result is promised.
Does a planned quantity mean the order has been sent?
No. Record actual handover separately from the plan and update your normal business records using real evidence.
Licence: one purchaser or one business may use the files internally, including staff copies, backups and private adaptations. Do not resell or redistribute the supplied files. Your own entered data and printed session records are yours to use.
Help or a purchase problem: use the Contact page at payhip.com/Andwatco/contact. Tell us the version, browser and issue using made-up quantities—not sensitive details. Faulty or misdescribed files will be assessed for repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
One-time price: A$6. Any applicable checkout taxes are shown by Payhip. Digital download only; no physical item or ongoing subscription.
