From the pattern info: Traditional Shetland stitch patterns are interspersed with areas of stocking stitch, and a lovely rhythmical edging is added last. Wider than it is tall, it’s a great shawl to wear bundled around as a neck scarf. A perfect fall knit.
Approx 5 - 6 balls of Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift were used. The yarn is called ‘2-ply Jumperweight’ but is a 4-ply/fingering weight.
The pattern contains both written instructions and charts.
Finished shawl measures approximately 21”/53cm by 57”/144cm.
