We all know a sports fan. I knit this hat for a guy who lives and breathes his team; he even had the elastics for his braces in his team’s colors! (And this tells you how long I've known said guy) I've used a DK weight superwash merino for warmth and as an acknowledgment that this isn't for someone who will handwash.
Started at the ribbing, MVP features linen stitch stripes that can easily be personalized to your MVP’s team colors.
Gauge: 26 sts & 28 rnds = 4”/10 in linen stitch knit in the round
Materials:
DK weight yarn (Sample shown was knit in Diamond Luxury Collection Fine Merino DK (100% merino; 137 yds/125 m = 50g)) in the following amounts (Color choices shown in original hat are given; they make a hat suitable for a Calgary Flames fan)
