Once completed and recognised as competent, the course will grant you certification in the application of classic lashes. This will provide you your first step of being able to start a business as a qualified service provider. You will gain certification in Classic Eyelash Extension Application by accredited Lash Educator and Owner of Kailash Kollective, Chelsea Dundas.

Absolutely nothing! This course is designed for beginners who want personalised guidance and easy steps on how to develop and sustain a lash business.
This course will require you to submit a series of theoretical and practical assessments to gain certification. These assessments include a self-assessment, multiple choice and short answer quizzes, a case study, photo submission of mannequin practice, a live model full set submission and a theoretical exam.
If you cannot attend our first in clinic training days in May, you will be able to join any of our future dates. This course is designed for a 12 month enrolment period, therefore you will have 12 months to attend any of our training days. Please note that you must attend both consecutive training days in order to complete this course.
Your Classic Lash Kit includes all tools, disposables and products needed to achieve up to 50 clients. Products include (but are not limited ) a range of different classic lash types, primer/bonder, glue, cleanser, removal balm, eyepads, wands, tape, glue storage, tweezers, strip tray, practice mannequin, a USB fan and humidity reader.
Our course content opens on April 19th 2026. You will be notified once you can access your online course platform. You will then be able to begin your at-home learning modules (the first 3 lessons). Once these are complete, you will be required to attend our in-clinic training days (May 16th - 17th 2026).
You’re in-clinic training sessions are designed to equip you for real salon experiences in a professional workplace environment. The remainder of your course content will be completed here and will include demonstrations, assessments and live model practice. The day will begin at 9am and end at 4pm (full itinerary emailed upon enrolment). There will be time put aside for lunch and networking on both Saturday and Sunday. This will take place at our gorgeous Adamstown Heights salon in Newcastle, New South Wales (free all day parking)
Though our course is classic-style focused, we do also discuss lash styles including hybrid and volume lashes.
It is our professional recommendation (and the recommendation of many other leading lash artists across the globe) to master classics first - these fundamental skills will allow for hybrid and volume styles to come more naturally.
Once enrolled, you have 12 months from your enrolment date to complete the course.
