DESCRIPTION

Deriving its name from the Finnish word for acorn, Terho is a comfortable colorwork sweater with oak leaves and hanging acorns on the round yoke. This DK-weight sweater is worked in one piece from the top down.

Terho features a round neckline embellished with an i-cord and short rows to lower the back yoke. Two rows of acorns decorate the hem. Sleeve cuffs and the hip-length hem are finished with ribbing.

The pattern comes in 9 sizes from XS to 5X. The body of the sweater can be knit with or without waist shaping for a unisex fit.

The pattern is written with both metric and US terminology. Only charted instructions are given for the colorwork patterns.
