Each volume of viola and cello duets contains PDF sheet music for 40 traditional folk tunes, arranged for two violas. The viola plays the original melody (transposed down by a fifth to fit comfortably on the viola in first position), and the cello plays a bassline.

All tunes also come with chord symbols for an accompanist.
