The public is a pc and quest comp avatar, the quest on the public is the same as the final purchase version, though it does not come with skin tone shades, only the quest package has skin tones

For pc version:

1. Create a new project in VCC
2. Add poiyomi toon and VrcFury
3. Open the project and import the pc unity package of jelly
4. Log into the VrcSDK menu and upload!

For quest version:

1. Create a new project in VCC
2. Add VrcFury
3. Open the project and import the Quest unity package of jelly
4. Log into the VrcSDK menu and upload!

If you are having issues uploading or dont have the means to upload yourself, I offer uploads in my server! Please open a ticket with your proof of purchase and login info for the staff to complete that upload <3
