1. General Usage

By purchasing or downloading any 3D models or assets from dacozygremlin, you agree to comply with these terms of service. These terms apply to all customers and end-users of the assets.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the models and assets to create personal or commercial VRChat avatars, provided proper credit is given where applicable.

No assets by dacozygremlin are allowed to be used on Nitro or free avatars.

Modification of the assets is allowed for personal or commercial projects, provided it adheres to these terms.

Redistribution is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files, even if modified, as standalone assets.

Use of the assets in NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or blockchain-related projects is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the assets for unlawful purposes, hate speech, or anything violating VRChat’s community guidelines.

The assets may not be included in asset bundles or any content libraries intended for redistribution.

4. Commercial Use

If the assets are used for commercial purposes (e.g., selling completed avatars or avatar commissions), additional commercial licenses may be required. Refer to the specific asset’s licensing details.

Commercial use does not permit redistribution of the original files, modified or unmodified.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made at dacozygremlin’s discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

6. Liability

dacozygremlin is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from the use of the models and assets, including but not limited to compatibility problems with VRChat or other platforms.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the assets implies acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Permitted Use

Non-commercial avatars are provided for personal use only. You may:

Use the avatar in VRChat or other platforms for personal enjoyment.

Make modifications to customize the avatar for personal use. As long as the avatar stays recognizable. (please refer to the modifications terms)

Share photos, videos, or media featuring the avatar for personal expression or non-commercial promotion (e.g., social media posts).

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Sell, redistribute, or share the avatar file(s) in any form (including edited versions).

Use the avatar or any part of it in commercial projects, commissions, or monetized content (e.g., paid streams or advertisements). (Unless dacozygremlin gives explicit written permission)

Claim the design or the avatar as your own work (no matter how heavily its edited).

Upload the avatar or its parts to asset repositories, public databases, or any platforms where others can download it.

Use the avatar in NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or blockchain-related projects.

3. Streaming and Content Creation

You may feature the avatar in non-commercial content creation (e.g., YouTube videos, Twitch streams) as long as:

Proper credit is given (e.g., "Avatar by dacozygremlin").

The content does not involve direct monetization of the avatar itself (e.g., selling access to the avatar, showcasing it as part of a paid promotion).

4. Modifications

Personal modifications are allowed, but:

The modified avatar must not be shared or redistributed.

Parts of the avatar may not be extracted for use in other projects or redistributed separately. (Purchase pages to the assets used should be at the end of every avatars description, please purchase them from their respective creators)

Modifications to the base body are absolutely not allowed, same for body swaps.

However headswaps are allowed.

5. Credit

If sharing screenshots, videos, or other media featuring the avatar, proper credit must be provided, such as linking back to dacozygremlin or dacozygremlin's shop.

6. Liability

dacozygremlin is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the avatar, including compatibility problems with VRChat or other platforms.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the avatar implies acceptance of the updated terms.
