Pelvic Solutions to Birth: A Pelvic Floor Prep Mini-Course

Prepare your pelvic floor. Understand your body. Feel more confident going into birth.

Birth preparation doesn't have to mean taking another long childbirth class.

This practical, pelvic-floor-focused mini-course teaches you what your pelvic floor is doing during labor and birth—and gives you simple tools you can actually practice and use.

Learn how to use breathing, relaxation, movement, positioning, pressure management, and pelvic floor awareness to better understand and work with your body during birth and early postpartum.

Created by a pelvic health occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Dr. Chrissy!

I'm a pelvic health occupational therapist and the owner of Pelvic Solutions, a pelvic health practice in Tampa, Florida.

I specialize in pelvic floor therapy and work with people experiencing bladder, bowel, sexual, pelvic pain, prenatal, and postpartum concerns. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care hold a particularly special place in my heart, and I created this course to make pelvic floor education feel simple, approachable, and useful—not overwhelming.

I've been there, too. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I bought every birth course I could get my hands on—yes, even as a pelvic floor therapist! And honestly, I ended up feeling more overwhelmed than prepared.

I created this course to cut through the overwhelm and give you the most important birth-prep pieces from a pelvic floor perspective—so you can focus on what actually matters and feel more confident going into birth.
