On closer inspection you will notice the image consists of children of mixed abilities, featuring wheelchairs, prosthetics, feeding tubes, down syndrome and more all united, strong and happy and enjoying fun activities together. This hold significant meaning to our spreading smiles family which consists of many individuals with different abilities working together to make people smile, but also makes reference to some of the truly incredible and resilient children we have met over the last 4 years on our mission in the places we have been blessed to support.
