Poor Deborah is wheeled into the last chance foot clinic where those with insurmountable foot problems go for the clinics famed alternative therapies. Her foot is so bad she can't even walk on it and she stumbles as soon as she gets out of her wheelchair. So, the doc starts slowly on Deborah with her patented tickle therapy. Deborah tries not to react because its ticklish. the doctor realizes this is a tough case and she'll need her assistant to work with her on Deborah's tender foot.
