"Write to Heal" is a 21-Day Journaling Experience for Widows. Writing is known to be cathartic and when it is used in the form of journaling, it can be quite healing. During this 21-day journaling experience, women who have lost their spouse will go on a journey of introspection for the purpose of healing. The experience focuses on 5 key areas that are typically affected when a woman suddenly becomes a widow: heart, mind, identity, relationships, and finances. By the end of this 21-day experience, it is my hope that you get one step closer to your healing,whatever that looks like for you,and becoming whole.
