The Old Car

It is 1972 and seventeen year old Clay Montgomery is setting out on a summer of love, work and adventure. He has driven his old car, a 1934 Plymouth, rumble seat, coupe from his home in Scottsdale, Arizona to stay with his cousin, Randy, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In Albuquerque, the old car becomes the central prop in one of the more audacious hoaxes ever played on an unsuspecting public. The Old Car is a series of stories from one incredible summer.
