- Notes from the Artist: Organic Beauties — a study of perfect imperfection. In a world where it has become commonplace to manipulate just about everything, I wanted to offer the world an unmanipulated vision of the beauty of imperfection. In spite of all the dark blemishes and color inconsistencies, these organic apples nourish the viewer’s soul as they stand still in their message: “Don’t dismiss something because it is not perfect; it is the imperfections that make it delicious.”
