For the past 27 years, Suzanne Jones has studied and taught the value of being an empathic presence for others. Since receiving a master's degree in Communication Studies in 2009 (relational, organizational, educational, multi-cultural and political communication theory and practice), she has shared her research and experience with teachers, organizational leaders and business owners in18 countries. She currently teachers and writes about the art of Compassionate Communication.
