Voltarna's Forge Level 2 - The Hall and Gardens

The second level of the Dungeon Crawl of Voltarna's Forge is 'The Hall and Gardens'.

The Legends of Voltarna are well known in the north of Rune, and one of those stories tells of his latter years after the undead wars when the Dwarven General retired for battle to forge weapons of power for those warriors that would replace him in the new age. Voltarna's forge was lost to the mists of myth but now it's been found again.

Descending to the 2nd level bring wouldbe adventurers to the main visitor hall that in days long past would host meetings of all the great allied generals. And further into the complex a wonderous cavern of bright fey gardens, perhaps that last foothold of goodness left in this place lost now to evil horrors that lurk in the shadows. Here too are the still lit furnaces of the student forges where once Voltarna apprentices honed their craft - the fires eternally burning fed by the endless lava flow running beneath them.

And venturing further still through the old guard posts, a final corridor ends in a new descent to more levels beneath. How much further into the depths of this mountain will one need to go to discover Voltarna's final secret?
