1 x The Knitting Goddess Travelling Rib Cowl Kit which contains

DK weight; 100% British Blue Faced Leicester wool, 225m per 100g

Laceweight Moonbroch; 72% kid mohair, 28% silk, 210m per 25g

 

Each kit contains a 100g skein of BFL wool and a 25g skein of Moonbroch. Tall Cowl shown is worked in Pearl BFL and Charcoal Moonbroch. Long Cowl shown is worked in Hydrangea BFL and Charcoal Moonbroch.

This would be a great way to use up stash yarns – if you already have 100g of DK yarn then just add Moonbroch and you’re ready to go. You can find this yarn in 25g and 50g skeins at The Knitting Goddess

 

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS

6 mm/UK 6/US J circular needle with a cable length of 60cm or less.

1 stitch marker.

Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

TENSION

15 stitches and 22 rounds to 10 cm / 4in over travelling rib pattern in the round.

TALL COWL

Cowl measures 60 cm / 24 in diameter and 30 cm / 12in deep.

LONG COWL

Cowl measures 135 cm / 54 in diameter and 15 cm / 6in deep.
