Course Intention

Finding Calm in the Chaos was created for the season when life feels the most overwhelming. Between holiday to-dos, family gatherings, emotional highs and lows, and schedules that pull you in every direction, it can be harder than ever to stay present — or even make it to a studio. This series offers a grounded pause in the midst of distraction, giving you space to reconnect with yourself, move with intention, and keep joy at the center of your holidays.

How the Series Works

A 4-week online wellness journey.

Two practices per week, each about 20 minutes, easy to fit into busy days.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body for release and balance:

  • Week 1: Head, neck, and jaw
  • Week 2: Chest and shoulders
  • Week 3: Back and core
  • Week 4: Hips and pelvis
