Hey there, I’m Jenn. Yoga has been a steady thread in my life — a way to come back to myself when things get busy or out of balance. I teach because I’ve seen how powerful this practice can be, not just for the body, but for the heart and mind too.
My classes are all about slowing down, tuning in, and moving in a way that feels good. I love weaving intention into each practice — whether that’s grounding before a big week, finding ease in transition, or simply pausing to breathe.
I believe yoga should feel welcoming to everyone, no matter where you’re starting from. It’s not about perfect poses; it’s about connection — to your body, your breath, and your own inner rhythm.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me by the ocean or in the mountains — soaking up the stillness, recharging in nature, and gathering inspiration for whatever comes next.
