Improve your pack marching (Stomping)

3-4 days per week
Must be able to walk for 20mins with 10kg back pack non stop
Military pack if available, if not, sturdy backpack
Weighted items such as water bottles, stones, bricks etc.
Military boots if available, if not, working boots or good running shoes
GPS tracking and time keeping will be helpful
What’s in it
This program will help improve your overall stomping (pack marching) fitness. This is achieved by steady progression at a low intensity, allowing for higher frequency in training.
As always, make sure you meet the pre-requisites and have the required equipment before proceeding with this program.

How to use it
Follow the program chronologically, ensuring you conduct each session as described.
If you have the time, on your rest days, conduct stretching of the lower limbs, starting from top to bottom.
