This 6-week workout routine (no coaching included) is intended exclusively for experienced and advanced lifters who already understand — and consistently apply — Iron University biomechanics. This option is for the lifter who does not need psychological or emotional coaching, explanation, or guidance, and who already has the discernment to separate biomechanical truth from popular fitness misinformation.
This routine is designed for individuals who:
• Already understand accuracy > volume
• Already understand accuracy > frequency
• Know that high volume and high frequency exist because accuracy was missing
• Have already gone through the process of unlearning flawed cues
• Understand that precision, line of resistance, setup, and execution produce real mechanical tension
• No longer need troubleshooting on fundamentals
• Only need the routine itself, not the coaching behind it

Once a movement is performed with true precision, more volume or frequency becomes unnecessary — and counterproductive. High volume & high frequency are compensations for the lack of accuracy. Accuracy is the origin. Precision is the multiplier.

- You will need to unlearn old patterns.
- The sensations you feel in the beginning are your old mechanics fighting the new accurate mechanics.
- Learning the technique takes time.
