This routine is intentionally designed to be trained once per week without exceptions. Iron University biomechanics do not utilize high volume, high frequency, or repeated routines for the same muscle group. Every transformation my clients achieve is the result of a precise system built on mechanical accuracy, disciplined execution, and true coachability. When you follow this structure as intended — one routine, once per week, performed with correct mechanics — your progress becomes consistent, measurable, and predictable. When you mix in old habits (old cues, old training principles, or past methods), or when you add unnecessary volume or modify the structure, you fall back into the same hamster wheel that keeps most people stuck: confused, inconsistent, and wasting effort. This system only works when the structure is respected exactly. If you need an additional routine for the same muscle group, it must be purchased separately.
