What this Routine is

This routine is designed to help me build strength and size, enhancing my overall physique. It’s not strictly a powerlifting or bodybuilding program; rather, it strikes a balance between the two. Over the past two years, I’ve refined this routine into what it is today, and it has become the foundation of my progress.

About Me

My name is Dickson Aleyao, and I'm an 18-year-old who has been training for two and a half years. In that time, I've gone from 115 pounds to 198 pounds in bodyweight. But my transformation isn't just about size I've made significant strength gains, including an 805-pound deadlift, a 605-pound squat double, and a 370-pound bench press. This Full Powerbuilding Routine includes every exercise I've used to achieve such impressive numbers in a short time, all while staying in the lightweight category as a teenager.
