What to know about me

My name is Dickson Aleyao, and I'm an 18-year-old who has been training for two and a half years naturally. In that time, I've gone from 115 pounds to 198 pounds in bodyweight. My transformation isn't just about size I've made significant strength gains, including an 805-pound deadlift, a 605-pound squat double, and a 370-pound bench press. I'm not a coach or anything like that, I'm also not selling personalized programs. At the moment I'm not qualified to do so. Everything I've put out at the moment are my own personal routines with things that have worked for me, as well as my own personal strategies to reach what I've accomplished
