Pimlico Cowl

This cosy cowl uses a variation on the colourwork pattern from my popular Pimlico Socks, amended slightly to allow for three colours rather than two.

Have fun choosing your colours. The sample uses simliar colours which blend together, you could achieve a totally different look by choosing colours with a stronger contrast.

Finished Size

• Circumference - 22” (56cm)
• Height - 9” (23cm)

Gauge

26 sts and 32 rounds = 4" (10cm) in colourwork patern in the round

Yarn Requirements

DK weight yarn in three colours

• Colour 1 - 72m (32g)
• Colour 2 - 72m (32g)
• Colour 3 - 45m (20g)

Sample was knit in Socks Yeah! DK

Needles and Notions

• 3.5mm (US4) circular needle, or dpns
• 4mm (US 6) circular needle or dpns
• stitch marker
• tapestry needle for weaving in the ends

The colourwork pattern is charted, using three colours. It is also fully written out so you can choose which you prefer.
