England Rugby Ball
The Women’s Rugby World Cup comes to the UK this year, 2025, and one of the host cities is Exeter. To celebrate England Rugby and the Red Roses have put out a call to yarn bomb towns and cities near the host cities to celebrate all things rugby. Here in Cullompton we have a really active rugby club (for which I am a junior committee member) so it seemed appropriate we yarn bomb here. In conjunction with Fudges
Wool and Haberdashery and Cullompton Town Council are decorating the town. So I decided we needed to use the old rugby balls at the Club and thought yarn bombing them would be a great idea. This is my pattern for a Size 5 ball. It will be free for the duration of the World Cup.
