"Inner Dawn" Tones (Helix Preset)

July 2023 Update: Tweaked a few settings in a couple Snapshots and assigned Snapshots 5–8 to footswitches 5–8 via Command Center using the "Mode" footswitch.

In this Signature Helix LT preset you'll be getting the main tones I created based on my electric guitar ballad "Inner Dawn"* (also compatible with Helix Floor, Helix Native, and Helix Rack).

The preset uses the "Soldano SLO-100" amp model. I consider this my signature amp and have used Soldano SLO models for years now to define my main electric guitar tones.

Each of the snapshots features tones from various parts of the song, from the verses to the solo chorus—even the lush clean chorus guitars and artificial feedback tones.

In this preset pack you'll get the following snapshots:

Snapshot 1: VS CLEAN

• A basic clean tone

Snapshot 2: VS DIRTY

• Same as the clean tone but with a bit more oomph for improvising

Snapshot 3: SOLO LEAD

• All the great soaring tones from the Lead channel of the SLO-100

Snapshot 4: FREQOUT

• This features a pitch effect to emulate the famous Digitech Freqout pedal

Snapshot 5: CLN PHONE

• This sound happens just once in the song and features a retro "telephone" effect

Snapshot 6: CHRS CRDS

• This snapshot is based on the arpeggiated background chords in the song's 2nd verse

Snapshot 7: TREM CRDS

• The very end of the song features these lush tremolo chords from which this snapshot is based

Snapshot 8: ALT LEAD

• This is an alternate lead tone if you decide that the full-on Lead channel is a bit too much

As with all my presets, once you purchase them, whenever significant changes are made as I continue to tweak the tones you'll always have the most up-to-date versions.
