Update 11-2-23: For this new update:
Massive Update 10-19-23: I've just finished updating loads of stuff on my signature preset. Here's a preview:
Welcome to the first of many signature presets and tones I'll be creating on my new Line 6 Helix LT. This tone was originally recreated based on a tone I've been using for years on my Eleven Rack.
There are several disabled effects that you could enable or change—such as Chorus and EQ—if you wanted just for the sake of making the tones more interesting. You can also move the Delay and Reverb blocks to a parallel path for a more subtle effect, sort of like an effects loop. Feel free to tweak to your personal tastes; by all means, make these tones your own.
In this preset pack—compatible with Helix, Helix LT, Helix Rack, and Helix Native—you'll get the following snapshots:
Snapshot 1: SLO Clean
If you're interested in or considering getting your own Helix LT, check out my gear page link for more information.

- This latest update includes the corresponding preset from my new POD Go (.pgp)—absolutely FREE! (Click here if you'd like to get your own POD Go [affiliate link].)
- However, unlike the Helix presets (.hlx), I'll only be replacing the current POD Go preset with the newest version if I update it, rather than including all previous iterations of it. Speaking of which...
- I've decided that, rather than allowing so many previous versions of the main Helix preset to accumulate, I'll only be keeping the latest three versions of the preset. I don't see the point, really, when I myself never go back to the previous versions anyway. (Note: This will take effect after my next update to give you time to download the presets you want to keep.)
Update 8-26-24: For this new update:
- Lowered the High Cut frequencies on the SLO Lead cab a bit to reduce some of the shrill high-end
- Lowered the Channel Volume of the snapshots to better balance out the transition from one to another
- Engaged the Simple EQ block on the Alt. Lead setting for a bit more bite. I also lowered the threshold on the Compressor for a bit more sustain and volume.
Update 11-2-23: For this new update:
- I switched all the effects after the cab to Stereo effects.
- I added a Dual Pitch to simulate a slight detune effect to compliment the cab delay settings for a more stereo sound for the LEADSpread snapshot.
- I also changed the chorus to a Trinity Chorus for more of that classic 80s rock vibe.
Massive Update 10-19-23: I've just finished updating loads of stuff on my signature preset. Here's a preview:
- New dual-cabs settings for maximum tone customization
- Added a wah-wah pedal
- Added an octaver pedal
- Improved compression response
- Added 4 new Snapshots

Snapshot 1: SLO Clean
- Solo Lead Crunch amp
- Solo Lead Crunch amp with a touch of Overdrive
- Solo Lead OD amp
- Uses a Parametric EQ on the Slo Lead Crunch model for a cool telephone effect
- Uses the Slo Lead Crunch model with a bit of overdrive as a gain boost
- Makes use of the new dual-cabs with the Solo Lead OD amp and engages the chorus to create a wide stereo guitar effect as if two rhythm guitars were playing simultaneously
- Similar to Snapshot 8 but instead of the chorus, a Dual Pitch effect is engaged. This stereo effect creates an in-your-face effect so listeners will take your solos seriously
- Based on an original song by the same name, this snapshot uses the Slo Lead Crunch model with the octaver engaged
