This is an individualized light language and galactic toning sound healing that will be brought through whilst focusing on a waxed crayon coloring journal sheet that you submit.
This crayon coloring journal exercise was the very first segment of a 3-hour long Awakening energy healing session that I facilitated for decades offline and I'm excited about offering this first, always popular, coloring segment combined with sound healing now.
I suggest that you use wax crayons for your coloring, so just get a small pack if you don't have one handy. Most of us used to color with wax crayons as children and using them for this exercise will help add a deeper inner child expression layer to your coloring
When you are ready to color, deep breathe 3-5 times, focusing on your heart center. And then just pick your first crayon and start to fill your page with color.
Follow your feelings, be aware of any thoughts that come up and just express everything in color on your paper. When you have finished your first draft, pause for a bit to feel if there's anything more that comes up. If so, continue coloring on that same sheet of paper until you feel complete.
When done, take a picture of your coloring sheet. Then follow the instructions on where to email it to me that you will find in the 'What's Next' pdf download you got access to after you purchased this offering. You can also check for my Welcome email that will remind you of the above.
Once I receive your coloring sheet, I will tune in to it and record a sound healing transmission in response to your energy as expressed in your coloring. You will receive listening access instructions approximately 3-5 days after you submit your coloring sheet.
You can listen to your individualized sound healing audio as often as you feel like. I usually suggest once a day for at least 3-5 days and then whenever you feel an inner nudge to listen to it again.
