CAST CHANGE FROM SPLIT POP CAST TO CIRCULAR FIBERGLASS CAST

This young man was taken by his family to an Austrian hospital for follow-up examination. At the beginning he sits in a wheelchair, his casted foot resting on a leg rest. Very attractively on his crutches, he makes his way to the plaster room and sits down in the waiting area. Here we can take a close look at his cast. It is a split white SLC made of plaster of paris fixed with a white bandage and his toes were supported with a toe plate. Later he is called into the plaster room.

When he comes out again, we see that the split plaster cast has been replaced by a circular fiberglass cast. Still dependent on crutches, he limps back to his family. He hangs his leg casually over a crutch. Then he leaves the hospital.
