When your best coaching tools stop working, this is what you reach for next.

THE PROBLEM
You already coach well. So why do some clients still stall?
You ask the powerful questions. You hold the space. You set the goals and track the movement. Most of the time, it works — beautifully.
And then it doesn't.
A leader goes quiet and you can't reach them. A client circles the same insight for the third month running. Someone intellectually "gets it" yet nothing in their life actually shifts. The harder you lean on your proven tools, the more fragile the progress becomes.
It's tempting to read this as a skills gap. It usually isn't.
What you're meeting is a nervous system that has quietly decided it isn't safe. And no question — however elegant — lands while a client is in protection.
THE TURNING POINT
Coaching works best when the nervous system feels safe.
This programme was built for the exact moment your usual approach reaches its ceiling. It gives you a second layer of practice — one that works underneath the conversation, where the real obstacles actually live.
You'll learn to recognise what's happening in a client's physiology, understand why insight sometimes creates pressure instead of relief, and respond in a way that restores safety and movement — all without stepping outside your role as a coach.
Because this is the distinction that matters: this is not therapy training, and it won't turn you into a therapist. It makes you a coach who knows precisely what to do when the work gets real.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY ABLE TO DO
INSIDE THE PROGRAMME
Nine modules take you from first principles to embodied, assessed practice:
WHO THIS IS FOR
This programme fits you if you're a practising coach — executive, leadership, life, or team — who keeps meeting clients whose progress feels mysteriously stuck, and who wants a rigorous, ethical, accreditation-safe way to go deeper.
It's probably not for you if you're brand new to coaching and still building your core skills, or if you're looking for clinical or therapeutic certification. This is advanced coaching education, designed to sit on top of an existing practice.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
Will this jeopardise my ICF accreditation?
No. Every unit is built and mapped to ICF competencies, and the programme is fully accreditation-safe. You earn 30 CCEUs on completion.
Is this therapy training?
No. It teaches you to coach skilfully when trauma is present — to recognise it, work safely around it, and refer when appropriate. It keeps you firmly inside the coaching role.
How is it delivered?
Self-paced and online, so you can move through it around your practice. Fully asynchronous to meet your demanding lifestyle.
Do I need prior trauma knowledge?
No prior trauma training is required, though the material is pitched at experienced coaches.
CLOSING
Your clients don't need you to push harder. They need you to know what's happening — and what to do about it.
