Meet the architect of the meta-presence journey. With credentials like ICF-MCC and EMCC-EIA/MP, this expert is a thinker who bridges scientific thought and reflective practice. Engaging with professionals globally, the focus is on non-colonial listening, leadership without authority, and the ethics of presence in complex systems.
Our approach is systemic, developmental, and ontological. We integrate awareness, context, and synthesis to foster humility, narrative intelligence, and philosophical depth. Our programs, at the pinnacle of professional maturity, transform practitioners through a metamorphic arc, reshaping their professional identity.
Angelos Derlopas has coached, trained and supervised professionals from more than 140 countries, working with multinational organizations, NGOs, senior executives, and international networks. His training programs are accredited by international bodies such as the ICF and are placed at the highest levels of professional maturity (advanced, master, and supervision level).
His writing straddles the line between scientific thinking and reflective writing. His books and educational manuals focus on topics such as supervision, leadership without authority, non-colonial listening, parallel processing, and the ethics of presence in complex human systems. His writing is characterized by synthesis, philosophical depth, and a direct connection to practice.
In his work, coaching and supervision are treated not merely as professional skills, but as acts of responsibility within living fields of relationships. Here, awareness, humility, and the ability to 'hold space' are considered as vital as knowledge and experience.
