This programme responds to a growing and urgent need for coaching and leadership practices that are ethically grounded, psychologically informed, and capable of engaging with human diversity in all its complexity. As professional coaches, leaders, and helping practitioners operate within increasingly polarized, multicultural, and high-stakes environments, technical coaching skills alone are no longer sufficient. What is required is a deeper capacity for self-awareness, relational presence, ethical discernment, and systems thinking.
