G2S - 1969-1970 Mercury Cougars (non XR7)

The G2S is the tach that Mercury should have made! It replaces the clock or clock delete on 1969 and 1970 standard Cougars. It is made from the clock or clock delete itself and retains the double conical shape and brushed center. The scale and font are designed to match the standard speedometer. It has a competition orange pointer and is only available in the 8000 RPM range.

Notes:

• This tachometer is a drop in replacement for a clock or clock delete plug. If your standard Cougar has a clock you will need to get a lens from a non-clock panel.
• If your clock is the enclosed type that has the lens built into it you will need the C9WF-10894 filler plate that the lens attaches to. Let me know and I will send you one with your tach.
