SCOPE

No template can verify supplier truthfulness or substitute for procurement, privacy, security or legal review. Numeric scores are reviewer judgements with anchored definitions. Assessment is reusable per supplier; duplicate the clean workbook per supplier rather than mixing records. The three-supplier comparison is bounded to three candidates.

COMPATIBILITY

LibreOffice native recalculation checked on 12 October 2026. Microsoft Excel desktop remains unverified. The unchanged v0.1 guide records the earlier compatibility status. Run the worked example in your intended spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros or external workbook links. No DOCX or PDF documents are supplied.
