SCOPE

The workbook supports numeric minimum and maximum criteria only; qualitative and security criteria belong in Gates. Example thresholds are teaching values, not universal targets. This is an engineering decision workflow, not certification or a compliance assurance service.

COMPATIBILITY

LibreOffice native recalculation checked on 12 October 2026. Microsoft Excel desktop remains unverified. The unchanged v0.1 guide records the earlier compatibility status. Run the worked example in your intended spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros or external workbook links. No DOCX or PDF documents are supplied.
