Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are not eligible for a refund, but we’ll gladly help you reschedule.
• If we need to cancel for any reason, you will always receive the option of a full refund or rescheduling.

Community Events

• Refunds are available if you cancel 48 hours before the event.
• Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
• If an event is canceled on our end, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Digital Products / Memberships (if you offer them)

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
• Memberships can be canceled anytime, and you will not be billed for the following cycle.
