Great little book

I've tried so many fitness programs after turning 55, most of them pulled from Pinterest. All of them failed for one reason or another. The 8-Minute Fitness program will break this pattern for anyone. It's easy to understand, easy to follow and bound to be effective.

This is a great little book to use for yourself, or to use to help +50 folks you know.

Just right for me

This book has changed my life, I am much steadier on my pins since starting my new regime last Sunday. Great set of exercises for me when I get home from my walk with the dog mornings and evenings. I feel like I will live much longer and in good nick after suffering a stroke last year and thinking the end was nigh, I will continue to build my core strength followed by my upper body after using the exercises in this book. My balance and feeling of stability is encouraging me to do more.
