Nightclub & Lounge Event Night P&L Calculator: Nightclub Event Profit and Break-Even Spreadsheet
Full description
For nightclub, lounge and bar managers, event promoters and venue owners who run ticketed or table-led nights and want to know before the doors open whether a night will make money. You enter capacity, door and advance ticket prices, guest list share, table minimum spends, bar spend per head, beverage cost %, DJ and promoter fees, staff, security and marketing. The workbook shows the event profit, profit per guest and the attendance you need to break even. After each night you log the real figures and the summaries show which event types earn and which lose money.

FAQ
Does it work for a lounge with no door charge?
Yes. Set the door and advance ticket prices to zero. Revenue then comes from tables and the bar.
How is break-even attendance worked out?
Table revenue and fixed costs are set first. Each walk-in guest then adds ticket and bar revenue minus beverage cost, card fees and the promoter fee per head. The calculator finds how many walk-in guests cover the gap.
Can I use it for private hire or live music nights?
Yes. Event types are an editable list on Settings, each with its own capacity.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs after import.
Is this a physical product?
No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
